Policy & RETURNS

We want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied! All of our clutch bags are made with "Real Leather" and are "Special Made to Order" for each and every individual customer, please allow time to tailor and ship. Clutch bag orders that are "Made to Order" and are generally shipped within one (1) to two (2) weeks of having placed your order. Depending on if your clutch is in stock, it will be shipped within (3) to (5) business days. If you place your clutch order, and your selected style or color is not in stock, you will be notified of your options to choose from. All Kick Sauces, Seasonings, and Ginger Drink orders are shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days unless on back order. If you receive your order and decide to exchange it for another item(s), the item(s) must be mailed back to us in its "Original Condition", No exceptions, and it will be at the purchasers expense, If the item(s) are not found in its original condition then we will not accept it. 

If your item is damaged, it will qualify for an equal exchange and your request must be submitted by email to file your claim. If our customer service department deems that your claim is a valid return, then we will be glad to replace your item(s).

(All Clutches are under 2 month warranty)

2) Send us a picture of the damaged item(s) along with a brief summary of what had happened embodied in your email.

 

3) Mail the damaged item to this address: Po Box 62794, Va Beach,Va 23466

 

Our customer Service team will notify you when your claim has been reviewed and processed.

How do I track my order?

When you mail your item(s) back to us, you must obtain your own tracking information to keep for your records and tracking details.

 

Shipping &Delivery options?

We ship our products through the Standard United States Postal Service. Our Kick Sauces, Seasonings, & Ginger Drink orders are shipped within three to five business days of purchase unless products are on back order. If you place your order with our company and provide the wrong or incorrect shipping address, your order will be reshipped to you at your expense for the reshipment of your order.  

 

When you ship your item(s) back to us for a return or exchange, you may send your item(s) back to us at the method of your personal shipping preference or choice.
